Pam’s Artichoke Dip

This was a favorite at women’s ministry leadership team meetings.

Pam's Artichoke Dip


  • 1/3 cup mayo
  • 1/3 cup sour cream
  • 1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 4 oz. cream cheese
  • 8 oz. artichoke hearts in water (not marinated)


  1. cut artichokes in little pieces 
  2.  mix all together in dish
  3. put grated cheddar cheese on top
  4. bake at 425 degrees for 20 minutes

serve with tortilla chips or crackers

I always double this because it doesn’t make very much if it isn’t doubled
